Veteran's Day Acrostic Poems

To honor Veteran’s day and all of the Veterans that have served our country we discussed how and when the day originated. After the group discussion the class came up with their own acrostic poems that related back to Veteran's Day. Here are some of the students’ poems!

 T-Teaching us to stand strong
 E-Encouraging others to never give up
 R-Risking their lives to protect ours
 A-Amazing role models
 N- Never failing to protect us
